Welcome to Jawn Coffee!
We are a coffee cart business founded in Lexington, KY, in 2022 by husband and wife team John Cable and Stephanie Leung.
In 2020 we dreamed up the idea for our pop-up espresso bar as we saw local small businesses working together more collaboratively, sharing spaces & hosting pop-ups. We want to do our part to make specialty coffee more inclusive and accessible and to bring it to non-traditional spaces.
We're dedicated to sourcing sweet, complex, and traceable coffees and are always mindful of sustainable practices in coffee production.

Our Coffee
We're dedicated to serving you the highest quality coffee available and seeking out excellent local, regional, and national roasters.
Our current partners and featured roasters are Proud Hound Coffee of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Manchester Coffee Co. of Lexington, KY. We also plan on serving Dayglow Coffee of Los Angeles, CA on rotation.
Vintage Clothing & Merch
At Jawn, we also combine our love of vintage clothing, sustainability, and a smaller footprint and will offer a unique, curated shopping experience at select pop-up events. Look for us offering cool vintage items and limited Jawn Coffee merch online and in person.
